Thank you for participating and supporting the Foundation’s work to provide a world-class education at SCHS!
All participants receive a tourney t-shirt or hat, and lunch.
Updates for 2026:
No partner? No problem. Enter as a single player in the “rotating-partner” divisions or as a dedicated doubles team in the “fixed-partner” divisions.
This tournament is round-robin format with traditional side-out scoring. All players are guaranteed a minimum of 7 games. Depending on participation numbers and other factors, some divisions may also have a playoff in which the top 4 teams will play in semifinal matches then either a first-place or third-place match.
In regular round-robin play, there is a time limit of 11 minutes per game, with a four-minute break in between games. Games end either when one team reaches 11 points (win by 1) or if the time limit it reached. For games not concluded at the end of 11 minutes, each team will be awarded however many points it has scored when time runs out.
In the case of playoffs, semifinal matches will have a 12-minute time limit, and both first- and third-place matches will be played out to 11 (win by 2) with no time limit.
You are encouraged to enter in multiple divisions! The tournament is broken into multiple sessions throughout the day. You can register in one division per session. If you enter more than one division, you will receive a $10 discount for any additional divisions.
In the fixed-partner divisions, you’ll play with the same dedicated partner for all games. You and your partner both must register individually — we’ll need names and email addresses for your partner for any fixed divisions.
No partner? No problem! Players will register for any rotating-partner division as an individual and will “rotate” to play with a different partner for each game.
***As registration proceeds, tournament management reserves the option to combine/cancel divisions as needed if divisions do not fill.***
Note: Entry fee includes a tourney t-shirt or hat and a meal.
All entry fees are considered a charitable donation and are non-refundable. Your donation is tax deductible. You will receive a confirmation email that will serve as your receipt for tax purposes. Please check your email spam/junk filter if you don’t see the email.
Limited spots are available for a special two-hour intermediate skills clinic led by Lifetime Head Pickleball Pro Daniel Roditi the day before the tournament, Friday, July 24 from 4-6PM. The donation fee of $100 for this clinic is significantly discounted from the standard clinic pricing, and Daniel along with special guest pros will help take your game to the next level. You must be a 2.5 skill level or higher to participate.
